What fluids should I check in my car?

There are several fluids that play an integral role in the performance of each vehicle. Fluids often lubricate and cool the metal and moving components of a vehicle, making them essential for efficiency and safety. Check out the fluids you should check every few months and before big road trips below!

Brake Fluid
Coolant/Antifreeze
Engine Oil

What do I do if fluids are low in my vehicle?

If you notice that any of these fluids are low, either top them off yourself or schedule a service appointment with a trusted technician! Letting fluids get too low or you go too long without flushing and replenishing fluid, you put the performance of the vehicle into jeopardy. For example, if the engine oil or transmission fluid get too low, gears can grind, weld together and eventually stall—resulting in the need for very expensive repairs.
